On 2 July 2018, the Australian Government introduced a new Child Care Subsidy (CCS). At the same time, Support Agencies were created in every State and Territory.

We are the In Home Care Support Agency (IHCSA) for Victoria and Queensland.

We support families in a number of ways including:

• Assessing family’s eligibility for In Home Care
• Connecting families with approved In Home Care Service Providers
• Developing referrals to other Support Services
• Advocating for families
